Shipping policy

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders across India.

Orders are dispatched in the order in which they are placed, and are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days of order confirmation. Expected delivery details are shown before you place your order and confirmed by email once your order is placed.

You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Please note: While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a delay, you may contact us or the delivery partner directly.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are processed on the next business day.

Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be modified.

DELIVERY PARTNERS

Deliveries are fulfilled by third-party logistics partners. While we select our partners with care, they operate independently of Bon Journée.

Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the order. Should delivery be unsuccessful after three attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and refunded to the original payment method.

PACKAGE INSPECTION

Please inspect the package for any sign of tampering at the time of delivery. Any discrepancy must be reported to the delivery personnel immediately and to us at styledesk@bonjournee.com on the same day. Claims relating to tampering cannot be entertained once the package has been accepted.
