1. What's the difference between Slim Fit and Regular Fit?
Regular Fit adds around 2cm more room through chest and shoulder at every size; length stays the same across both.

2. How do I know which size to pick if I'm between two chest measurements?
Size up for a relaxed feel in Regular Fit, or stay true to size if you prefer Slim Fit's closer cut.

3. How should I measure my neck size at home?
Wrap a tape around the base of your neck and add 1.5-2cm for comfort - Neck runs 39-46cm (Slim) and 39.5-46.5cm (Regular) from S to XXL.

4. Does shirt length change between fits?
No - length is identical in both fits at every size, from 75.6cm (S) to 78.1cm (XXL).

5. My shoulder measurement falls between two sizes - what should I do?
Size up, since shoulder fit can't be adjusted after tailoring.

No. Knitted chenille has natural give and recovery, so it resists creasing far better than a woven shirt. It travels well - unpack it, hang it for a few minutes, and it's ready to wear.

Does the fabric feel soft from the first wear?

Yes - softness is the point of chenille. The raised, velvety pile of the chenille yarn feels plush against the skin from the very first wear, with no breaking-in period needed.

Is it true to size?

Yes. It's cut to our standard fit, with the natural stretch of the knit giving you ease of movement without looking oversized. If you prefer a closer, more tailored look, consider going one size down.

Will the shirt lose its shape over time?

No. The knit structure is designed to recover after each wear, and with the right care the collar, cuffs, and hem will hold their form for years. Avoid hanging it when wet - dry flat to protect the knit

How should I care for my chenille knit shirt?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out, with like colours. Dry flat - never tumble dry or wring, as heat and twisting can distort the pile. Steam lightly if needed; avoid direct ironing on the chenille surface.
